How do I report a fault with my Trikon Service?
If you find that you are experiencing problems using your Trikon SIM simply send us an email (services@ownmail.com) stating your phone number and then problem you are experiencing. Our support team will then come back to you.
When I make a call I get an announcement saying calling is barred?
Simply redial the destination number and suffix with a # on the end of the destination number to trigger call back. For example +912224216325 would become +912224216325#
When I make a call I get an error 8 message?
This error code means your handset has dropped off the network. To resolve simply turn the handset off and then back on again. Once attached to the network make your call in the normal way.
I've inserted my Trikon SIM but my handset shows a Unregistered SIM error?
There can be several causes for this error:
  1. The handset is not unlocked
  2. The SIM is incompatible with the handset
  3. The SIM is damaged and needs replacing.

Handset Functions

How do I make a call?
To make a call using the Trikon SIM simply dial your destination number and then click send. A message will be displayed on screen telling you that call back is taking place. Your handset will then ring. Simply answer the call and you will then hear the destination ringing. When they answer the call will take place as normal.
How do I access my voicemail?
To access your voicemail simply key in *151# and press send. The handset will display a message to say voicemail is being called. The handset will then ring, simply answer the call and you will then be connected to your voicemail box. There is a charge for this service.
How do I turn voicemail on and off?
To turn voicemail on simply key in *021# and press send. To turn voicemail off then key in *022# and press send. By default voicemail is turned off.
How do I turn end of call SMS balance reports on or off?
You can turn end of call SMS balance reports on by keying in *017# and pressing send. You shall get your current balance after every outgoing call via an SMS. You can turn this feature off by keying in *018# and pressing send.
How do I check my balance?
You can check your balance by keying in *108# followed by send. Your current balance will then be returned to the handsets screen.
Should I use automatic or manual network selection?
There are two ways of selecting a network. You can either set your handset to use AUTOMATIC Network selection or MANUAL selection. When using automatic selection the handset will look for all networks that it is able to attach to and logs onto the first network it finds. When using manual selection you must manually search through the networks and select a network to attach to. We recommend using automatic network selection. Please refer to your handset manual to check the default settings for your phone.
What should my message centre settings be set to?
Your message centre settings should be set to +393358840000002
How do I setup data on my phone?
You need to set the Access Point Name (APN) in your smartphone to "mobiledata". There is NO need for any usernames or password.
Nokia with S60 operating system: Select the Start menu and then select Tools / Settings / Connection / Packetdata and then enter "mobiledata" as the Access Point.
iPhone: Tap Settings / General / Network / Cellular Data Network / APN and enter mobiledata. Leave "Username" and "Password" blank. Tap Network
How do I setup call forwarding/divert?
To activate call forwarding/call divert, dial *102(phone number in international format)#. You will get a confirmation message on the screen. For eg. *102912224216325#. To deactivate dial *103#

What if I lose my SIM?
Please call our helpdesk at 91-22-24216325 as soon as possible and ask us to block it. Lost card charges of USD30 apply.
Do you bill in seconds or minutes for my calls?
We bill in 1 minute segments. So if your call lasts 1 minute 30 seconds you will be billed for two whole minutes.
How do I top up my account?
You can top-up your account via the online account manager or by using a pre paid voucher. If using a pre paid voucher simply key in the pin code to your handset followed by a # then press send. Your handset will then be topped up.
